Job Overview

About the Role

We are offering an estimated salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the work of line employees, ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality products.

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide coaching to operators
  • Work with the operations department to facilitate teamwork and combine expertise for the good of the company
  • Manage work areas to maintain food safety and quality, as well as audit compliance and reporting
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a College degree or equivalent strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing or a production environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to direct, coach, and train others
  • Experience in writing reports and KPIs, with knowledge of business information systems/software
