The Studio Operations Team Lead is a motivated, sociable, solution-oriented, and detail-focused individual who embodies a love for fitness and the Studio Three ethos.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons by providing consistent and outstanding customer service.

This individual is the welcoming presence upon entry and the friendly face as guests depart.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The tasks and obligations of this role are indicative of those an employee is expected to fulfill. This is not an exhaustive list, and additional responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Guaranteeing that all members enjoy a superior level of service during their visit.
  • Collaborating with studio management to efficiently complete daily operational tasks and projects.
  • Taking charge of club operations, acting as the manager on duty, including opening, closing, and supervising staff.
  • Assisting in the training and mentoring of new hires across all front and back of house roles.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all products and services available at Studio Three.
  • Informing club members and guests about all Studio Three offerings and amenities.
  • Fostering an inclusive and enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the S3 community.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas of the club, including studios, locker rooms, and common spaces.
-Working within company standards to ensure all departments align with Studio Three's branding.

  • Executing onboarding processes for first-time and new members.
  • Collaborating with Studio Three instructors and providing necessary support to facilitate a smooth class check-in process.
  • Exhibiting a positive demeanor and taking initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Current CPR Certification is required.
  • Capability to lift and carry a minimum of 30lbs.
