Job Title: Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Kellton. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise-level solutions using modern architecture principles and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT architecture role, with expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Strong influencing and consensus-building skills, with experience in leading agile working environments.
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in managing tradeoffs and risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in modern architecture principles, frameworks, and practices.
  • 1-2 years of experience in integration architecture or middleware, with expertise in APIs and API gateways.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software development, DevOps, RPA, or low/no-code technologies.
  • 1-2 years of experience in analytics/business intelligence, AI/ML, data fabric, or big data/MPP.
  • Experience in cloud computing, SaaS/PaaS, and virtual machines, serverless computing, or containers.
