Main Responsibilities:- Shipping and Receiving:
- Pack, label, and organize products for shipment.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and document receipt details.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate logs of shipped and received items.
- Update inventory records and track order statuses in the warehouse management system.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with warehouse teams, supervisors, and transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Quality Control and Safety:
- Inspect shipments for quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Equipment Handling:
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices safely and efficiently.
