Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to the organization on various legal issues relating to Securities, Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Real Estate Law, and Zoning Law.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide practical legal advice that takes into account both legal and business risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal clients.
