Location: Remote

Compensation: Starting salary of $75,000+ based on experience, plus sales commission and vehicle allowance.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all customer account management activities.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Promote our services through proactive outreach, including cold calling and prospecting.
  • Participate in industry trade shows to cultivate new leads.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Travel to engage with existing and prospective clients in person.
  • Maintain precise records of leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
  • Strategically negotiate with potential and current clients to finalize sales.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge and professionalism regarding our products and services.
  • Report on monthly and quarterly initiatives and forecast key account metrics to management.
  • Assist clients in establishing commercial credit accounts.
  • Secure long-term full-service leases and rental solutions for commercial vehicles.
  • Oversee the maintenance of rental and leased equipment.
  • Manage the sales of equipment and retail service offerings.
  • Achieve established sales targets.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Minimum of 3 years in outside sales and/or account management (5+ years preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial truck and trailer leasing.
  • Degree or certification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Valid driver's license for travel to client locations.
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Understanding of equipment, trucks, and consumer behavior.
