Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fertility Care Practitioner to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive education and case management services to patients utilizing FertilityCare and NaProTECHNOLOGY services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide education and instruction to patients on responsible parenthood, fertility awareness, and procreative health
  • Conduct case management and monitoring of patients' procreative health
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement educational programs and materials
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Graduate of the Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner Program or equivalent
  • Certification with the American Academy of FertilityCare Practitioners (AAFCP)
  • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, obstetrics, and gynecology
  • Experience in education and case management
