- Guarantee that repair and maintenance tasks are performed promptly.
- Guide team members on effective sales strategies and customer service practices.
- Supervise daily operations of the service department.
- Manage the documentation flow within the service department, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance logs.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience as an automotive service writer or advisor is necessary; experience in a managerial role is preferred.
- A comprehensive understanding of automotive technology, service technician responsibilities, and repair services is required.
