About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at TLC Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and motivate patients to learn and improve functional activities.
  • Document patient progress and report to Physical Therapists.
  • Fits patients for, adjusts, and trains them in the use and care of orthopedic braces, prostheses, and supportive devices.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapy staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide orientation and training to new Physical Therapist Assistants and direct and instruct Physical Therapy Technicians.

Requirements:

  • Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain a Florida state licensure.
  • Experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
