IT Director

About the Role:

Fluence Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the strategy, development, and support of critical platforms that drive our project execution and financial management. As a Product Owner for Oracle Primavera Unifier and P6, Procore, and SAP Project Systems (PS), you will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that optimize project workflows, financial controls, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive IT strategy for our projects platform that aligns with the evolving needs of our global energy storage solutions business.
Act as the Primavera Unifier and P6, Procore and SAP Project Systems (PS) Product Owner, ensuring these platforms deliver the tools needed for successful project execution and financial oversight.
Partner with Regional CFOs and VPs of Project Execution to ensure the platform meets their requirements, driving project performance and financial visibility.
Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of applications while leading a team of technical experts to support business operations effectively.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of BSAs and interacting with developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Over 10 years of experience in project financial control and execution within the Battery Energy Storage or EPC industries.
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier and P6, both as a user and implementer.
Proven success in leading IT projects that support capital project management and finance.
The ability to effectively manage business relationships, particularly with senior stakeholders in finance and project execution.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
SAP Project Systems (PS) experience is a plus.
