Senior Procurement Strategist

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead our Supply Chain organization for complex, high value, engineered to order systems. The successful candidate will develop long-term supply agreements to ensure a cost-effective and secure supply chain and improve scalable procurement and materials management processes and procedures.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate and manage supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective supply chain solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of purchasing experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership position.
• Experience sourcing and managing material for complex, engineered to order systems.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools and strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex factors and make sound judgments.
