Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Installer/Technician to join our growing team. Our leadership team has a combined business experience of over 40 years, and we proudly service the Polk County area and surrounding communities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installations following a comprehensive installation checklist
  • Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Troubleshoot and repair Commercial HVAC systems
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
  • Work with and train installation helpers assigned to work with you
  • Keep customers informed of work progress and completion
  • Ensure all installation requests are closed out and completed
  • Keep the Install Manager informed of any problems or issues that may arise
  • Learn product features and benefits
  • Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency
  • Maintain a positive attitude, problem-solving initiative, and professionalism for our staff and clients

Requirements
  • Local to the Lakeland, FL area
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Prior Commercial HVAC installation and repair experience
  • Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities
