Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearWe are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team as a school-based therapist. This role involves working as a valued member of our therapy teams to provide individualized services to children with autism, under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our therapy teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans, IEP, and/or 504 plans utilizing ABA principles in the school setting.
- Deliver direct 1:1 and/or small group therapy to identified student(s) to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction interventions as directed by the BCBA.
- Analyze and report data on programs such as student's IEP goals, behavioral management, social skills, and academic areas.
- Must have a valid driver license and ability to travel to various schools within assigned region.
- Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician Certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Prior professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting is a plus.
