**Key Responsibilities:**

• Advising on the selection of new IT systems and actively participating in the conception and implementation of the respective applications.
• Responsibility for your own projects, including accompanying new topics from the specialist departments.
• Administration, maintenance, and updating of our on-prem and cloud application environment.
• 2nd and 3rd level support for the applications in your area of responsibility.
• Responsibility for change management in the introduction of new applications and updating existing ones.
• Collaboration in the user help desk and support in the IT department.
• Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends and identifying opportunities to integrate them into the application landscape.

**Requirements:**

• Completed education in the IT field.
• Several years of professional experience in the desired area.
• Experience in system and application support as well as in the Microsoft 365 areas.
• Service orientation, flexibility, and the ability to think in a networked way.
• Commitment and pragmatism.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work.
