Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assess and document patient condition, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an emergency department or critical care setting.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and healthcare software.
