Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Manager, Performance Success to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering multi-channel measurement reporting, performance optimizations, and post-campaign recaps for advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, client relationship management, and a keen eye for detail.
The Manager, Performance Success will partner with Client Success, The Trust, Sales, Planning, and Marketing teams to ensure campaign success, client satisfaction, and drive renewal conversations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the single point of contact for client communications after all content and media elements have launched, coordinating and preparing for client touch points, scheduling performance check-ins, delivering reporting & optimizations, and spearheading the post-campaign narrative.
- Lead 1-2 Performance Analysts.
- Monitor delivery and optimize campaigns based on clients' success metrics, identifying and elevating recommendations for campaign enhancements.
- Execute paid social campaigns on various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create client reports and presentations for all partnership elements – content, brand, custom ads, research study, social media, etc. Coordinate with internal experts to develop strategic recap narratives ultimately driving towards strong renewal conversations.
- Lead performance discussions with internal & external stakeholders, presenting the details of performance reports and recommending optimizations and program enhancements.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing digital, content, and social campaigns.
- Proficiency using analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Moat, IAS, etc.
- Proven ability to comprehend the nuances of a client's business and connect business challenges to digital and social strategies and tactics.
- Strong communicator with a can-do attitude. Client-facing communication skills are a must.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in managing people preferred.
