As an Appointment Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to transform warm leads into scheduled meetings. This includes:
- Daily Responsibilities: Engaging with up to 50 leads through calls and texts, maintaining over 30 conversations daily, and strictly following the provided script.
- Experience Required: A minimum of 2 years in phone-centric roles such as customer service, phone surveys, or appointment coordination (sales experience is not mandatory).
- High Volume Calling: Proven capability to manage 30+ calls daily and log over 5 hours of phone activity each day.
- Performance Metrics: A track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems for precise data entry and follow-up.
- Communication Skills: An extroverted demeanor with excellent phone communication abilities.

To succeed in this position, you should demonstrate:
- Work stability - No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.
- No self-employment in the last 6 months.
- At least two years predominantly spent on the phone in your most recent role.
- High Volume Calls - Experience in your current or most recent role engaging with 30+ different individuals daily.
- Talk Time - In your current or most recent role, a minimum of 5 hours of talk time per day.
- Performance - Meeting performance metrics and KPIs in your current or most recent role.
- A history of achievements or recognition in personal, professional, or sports contexts over the past two years.
- Adherence to a defined call flow, following a script or outline provided by your employer.
- Data Management - Required to enter specific data into a CRM for every call and manage that accurately.
- Follow-up - Experience making multiple follow-up contacts (calls/texts/emails) with the same individual.
- Demonstrated ability to be coachable and implement feedback promptly.
- An extroverted personality that enjoys engaging with people over the phone, communicating with confidence and competence.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, experience with VOIP or soft phone systems, and the ability to confidently handle phone conversations while adhering to scripted dialogues.
