Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Breakfast Host Person to join our team at LBA Hospitality. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the early morning hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer prompt and courteous service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and guest-ready appearance of the dining area.
  • Prepare and consistently maintain the dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere.
  • Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for the next day or shift.
  • Maintain safety and security practices, including thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service.
  • Ensure brand standard documentation is completed as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a food and beverage position is helpful.
  • Ability to perform major life activities, including standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating.
  • Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, and reach.
  • Ability to see and hear.
  • Ability to speak and read English, with the ability to communicate in another language may be helpful.

Working Conditions:

  • Standing and walking for long periods of time while maintaining a friendly professional image.
  • Be flexible in regard to work schedule.
  • Be available as necessary 24/7, weekends, and holidays.

  • The ability to teach skills and competencies will enhance leadership skills in preparation for further promotion, potentially as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Guest Service Representative.
