About This Role

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

We are seeking a skilled Youth Support Specialist to join our team at Children's Services of Roxbury As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services department, you will work directly with youth and their families to provide support and guidance in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits and community-based assessments to identify strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans in collaboration with youth and their families
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including skills training and support for caregivers
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience providing outpatient Behavioral Health services to youth and families
  • Certification in the Massachusetts CBHI CANS
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
