About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Dining Experience Ambassador to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of vibrant menus, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food from counters and steamtables
  • Set up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly adaptable, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. No prior experience is required, but you must be willing to learn and take direction.
