Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent individual to join our team as a Retail Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and orderly store atmosphere, focusing on maintaining high standards of floor care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers to maintain floor cleanliness.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Uphold all company policies regarding health and safety, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and associates.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness across various store areas, including sales floors, associate lounges, and restrooms.
