Job Overview

Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM with ample overtime opportunities. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of machinery and workspace following established GMP, AIB, and ISO standards.
  • Execute production of formula batches according to precise specifications, including accurate measurement of oleoresins, loading of mixers, and monitoring of blending durations.
  • Prepare and submit samples for quality assurance evaluations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials for accuracy in formula lots, including identifying any off-spec ingredients such as contamination, discoloration, or inconsistencies.
  • Perform safety checks on all assigned equipment to guarantee safe operational conditions.
  • Availability for mandatory overtime, including weekends, as required.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience operating Stand-up or Sit-down forklifts.
  • Experience in food manufacturing is essential.
  • Understanding of safe work practices and behaviors.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 55 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift Operator certification.
  • Familiarity with good manufacturing practices and food safety protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems.
