Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at ASM Global. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items on the grill, ensuring that all food meets quality standards and is cooked to the appropriate temperature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items on the grill, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Clean and maintain the grill area, including equipment and utensils, to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation, meeting the needs of our customers.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed, to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced food service setting.
- Ability to work in a team environment, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time, as required by the job.
