We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our esteemed practice. Visa sponsorship is available for J1 candidates.
Practice Environment:
This is a full-time opportunity within a physician-owned multispecialty group, which does not include primary care physicians. The practice offers a traditional setting, providing both inpatient and outpatient care.
Coverage and Schedule:
The call coverage is set at 1 in 7, with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) as the first point of contact. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, catering to a patient population of approximately 200,000 to 250,000, primarily non-adolescent patients. You will be joining a well-established team of 7 surgeons and 7 APPs, with the retiring physician focusing on joint procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary starting at $655,000, with additional productivity incentives
