Your Role:

As a part-time Fashion Consultant at Windsor, you embody our brand's essence to our style-conscious clientele. Your mission is to uplift and motivate each customer daily within our store. As the initial point of contact for the Windsor brand, you will have the opportunity to express your unique fashion sense and enthusiasm by assisting customers in their styling journey, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. You are not merely selling garments; you are crafting unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• You greet customers with a smile, ensuring their happiness. You create an inviting atmosphere for our customers by utilizing the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.
• You possess a keen sense of style and a passion for Windsor products. You thoughtfully curate your daily attire and enjoy sharing your fashion insights with customers, helping them feel confident in their selections.
• You take pride in maintaining the store's appearance. Whether it's adjusting displays, tidying up, or showcasing the latest trends, you are dedicated to learning and improving. Your competitive spirit drives you to meet personal and store objectives.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. Candidates must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Responsibilities include accessing all areas of the store, operating necessary equipment, climbing ladders, and handling merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced, with varying indoor temperature conditions.
