Palo Alto County Health System is seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Clinical Systems Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting hardware and network equipment, as well as assisting in the purchase and review of IT and clinical equipment.

You will also be responsible for installing server-based software, resolving desktop and application problems, and leading software implementation and support for hospital inpatient and outpatient services. Additionally, you will provide software consulting and technology recommendations and management, and resolve requests for service related to the use of computers and related equipment and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and support of hardware and network equipment
• Assistance in purchase and review of IT and clinical equipment
• Installation of server-based software
• Resolution of desktop and application problems
• Leadership of software implementation and support
• Software consulting and technology recommendations and management
• Resolution of requests for service related to computer use

Requirements:

• Clinical degree preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years healthcare experience and office/direct customer service experience required
• Strong foundation of knowledge of computers/technology
• Proven leadership qualities and project management experience
• Excellent presentation and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of EHR application suites, Cerner experience preferred
