Salary

The hourly range for this position is listed below, with actual hourly rate dependent upon experience: $41-$61 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, utilizing evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind
  • Communicating compassionately and effectively
  • Assisting in developing individualized treatment plans
  • Complying with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines
  • Overseeing care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
  • Participating in clinical team conferences
  • Following hospital, regulatory, and professional guidelines, policies, and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of licensed RN experience in an Emergency Department
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • A current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification
