About the Role

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various MRI procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures on patients, ensuring accurate and safe imaging results.
  • Operate MRI equipment, maintaining a high level of technical proficiency and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote understanding of MRI procedures and results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advancements in MRI technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, with MRI specialty preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a hospital setting, with MRI experience required.
