Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in their homes, following the guidance of Registered Nurses and adhering to physician directives.

Qualifications

1. A valid state driver's license is required.

2. Automobile liability insurance must be maintained.

3. Seat belts must be worn at all times while driving.

4. Reliable transportation in good working order is essential.

5. Ability to drive in various weather conditions is necessary.

6. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment is mandatory.
