Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing the Synergy Model for Care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program
  • Valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
