About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at EVANSTON HOSPITAL.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of effective care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage critically ill patients in the Emergency Department
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience working in an emergency or critical care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
