Job Overview

At Children's Land, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Two-Year-Olds Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters the cognitive, emotional, and physical growth of our two-year-old students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of two-year-old children.
  • Monitor and record the children's developmental milestones, ensuring accurate and comprehensive progress tracking.
  • Establish a daily routine that balances playtime, learning activities, and rest periods, promoting a healthy and happy environment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses.
  • Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about their child's development and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment.
  • Develop and utilize educational materials to stimulate the children's senses and promote learning.
  • Organize activities that encourage children to explore their surroundings and develop their motor skills.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in early childhood education and care.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with two-year-olds or young children.
  • Mandated Reporter certification.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
  • Patience and a genuine love for working with young children.

  • 40 hours of paid leave per 12-month period.
  • 5 days of paid vacation per year after completing 1 year of employment, increasing by 2 days after 5 years and by 3 days after 10 years.
