Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Northshore. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for exams, performing radiographic procedures, and ensuring the quality of images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for exams by obtaining and recording medical history, explaining procedures, and positioning patients for optimal imaging.
  • Perform radiographic exams using various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and MRI.
  • Review radiographs to ensure optimal image quality and completeness.
  • Complete and submit radiographic information and images to the Radiology Information System (RIS) in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • IEMA licensure required.
  • Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program.
  • CPR certification required; ARRT registry eligibility required within 1 year of employment.
  • Previous radiology experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills required.
