Server Associate

Job Summary:

The Server Associate will provide exceptional food and beverage service to Members and Guests at Mirror Lake Golf Club, ensuring a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and timely food and beverage service to Members and Guests, adhering to ClubCorp standards of service.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials.
• Accurately execute Member/Guest orders and requests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Develop a strong understanding of ClubCorp's service standards and consistently demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with daily assignments and side work, ensuring that all areas meet Club standards.
• Communicate effectively with Members, Guests, and team members to ensure a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
• Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
