Job Title: Certified Residential Medication Aide CRMA

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at New Communities Inc. in Biddeford, ME.

About the Role:

As a CRMA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, including administering medications, providing personal and medical care, and inspiring them to participate in fun and recreational activities.

You will also obtain vital signs and provide caregiver support to our residents to help them live their life fully.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers
  • Provide personal and medical care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage residents to participate in recreational activities, such as games, arts, and crafts
  • Obtain vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Provide caregiver support to residents to help them with daily tasks and activities
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Compassionate and empathetic towards residents
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow medication administration procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50/hr to $17.75/hr, depending on certifications and shift differentials. We also offer paid training, tuition reimbursement, and hands-on direct care experience.
