Contracts Coordinator

Tidewater Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts & Accounting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various functions related to contracts, subcontracts, and accounting, including data storage, accounts receivable and payable, and financial statement preparation.
You will also provide research and developmental support for IT platforms to enhance efficiency in both contracts and accounting departments. Additionally, you will assist with the creation of contracts and purchase orders, change orders, and proposal creation.
This is a full-time, onsite role that requires commuting to the office daily. If you are a strong analytical, communication, and computer skills holder with great attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Assist with contracts and subcontracts functions
- Accounting and finance functions related to accounts receivable and payable
- Input for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements
- Research and developmental support for IT platforms
- Assist with contract and purchase order creation
- Assist with change order creation
- Assist with proposal creation
- Assist with various reporting requirements
