Position Description
The Estimator will create cost estimates following pre-determined standards. They will collaborate with production, project management, engineering, sales teams, vendors, subcontractors, and others as required. The Estimator must meet project deadlines.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. They must be an analytical thinker with above-average problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The Estimator must be able to meet deadlines and work individually or as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required. An associate degree in drafting, construction estimating, or a related technical field is preferred, along with 0-3 years of estimating experience.
