Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a designated number of guest rooms during each shift, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Remove used linens and towels, replacing them with fresh, clean items.
  • Thoroughly clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bedrooms, living spaces, and bathrooms.
  • Make beds, vacuum carpets, and maintain marble and tile surfaces.
  • Clear away room service trays, dishes, and carts to designated service areas.
  • Restock amenities such as toiletries, stationery, and other supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards of conduct.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Perform additional housekeeping tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is a plus.
  • Up to one month of relevant experience or training is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical capability to clean assigned rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
