WORK LOCATION: This role involves travel between our designated offices, as the Clinical Support Specialist will accompany healthcare providers in their daily patient interactions. Local travel may be necessary within the assigned geographic area.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to collaborate with healthcare providers and assist in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include taking essential vital signs, preparing examination rooms, confirming patient details, aiding in in-office procedures, and scheduling follow-up appointments. The Clinical Support Specialist will also help coordinate patient schedules and support administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct patient interviews to collect medical histories and update records.
- Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, height, weight, and pulse.
- Prepare examination rooms and patients for assessments.
- Sanitize instruments and organize procedure trays.
- Manage medical supplies and collaborate with operational leaders to maintain inventory.
- Assist in taking diagnostic images.
- Perform administrative duties and become proficient in front desk operations to provide assistance as needed.
- Support healthcare providers and the team in various patient care activities.

SCHEDULE
The typical work schedule for this Clinical Support Specialist is Monday through Friday.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Local travel may be necessary within the assigned geographic area. While primarily covering a specific region, occasional travel outside this area may be required to support organizational needs. Reliable transportation is essential for site-to-site travel as assigned.
