- Manage Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
- Develop Patient Care Programs: Lead the adoption and management of patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Lead and Develop Team Members: Motivate, inspire, and develop pharmacy support staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy.
- Active Pharmacy License: Must have an active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed.
- Immunization Certification: Must have immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Background Check: Must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List and have no pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Education: Must have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
- Competitive Pay: The typical pay range for this role is $73.00 per hour.
