Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. On top of a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

About This Role

This Associate-level position involves working on various client service projects under the supervision of experienced consultants. Your primary focus will be to efficiently and effectively complete tasks, with an emphasis on improving processes.

Your responsibilities will include preparing pension benefit calculations, handling data and administrative matters with clients, speaking with participants over the phone in a professional manner, documenting calls, and assisting with special projects.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong math and computer skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, or applicable software applications.

You will also need to demonstrate strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively on a client team while independently completing assigned tasks.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college. You should also have:

  • Strong call center skills, including multi-tasking
  • Ability to grasp and familiarize yourself with benefit/pension terms and concepts quickly
  • Professional certification preferred

In addition, you should exhibit sound judgment in all client interactions, be able to work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
