Job Summary

As a Server Assistant at TS Restaurants Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and supporting our serving team in delivering a complete full-service experience. Your primary goal will be to assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, ensuring that our guests receive a memorable experience from the moment they enter to the time they leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Server teams by assisting in maintaining dining room cleanliness and providing exceptional guest service.
• Set, clear, and bus dining room tables to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Welcome all guests as they enter and leave, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist in pulling food and delivering to tables, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Clean menus and stock server-side stations as needed, maintaining a well-organized and efficient workflow.
• Handle and pack take-out and delivery orders, providing accurate and timely service.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly, and works well in a team environment. You will like this position if you have a passion for sharing smiles and being part of a team committed to hospitality excellence. To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Pleasant and polite demeanor.
• Strong guest service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to coordinate, multitask, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be scheduled on weekends and stand for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
