The Client Care Scheduler will play a pivotal role in managing case assignments, evaluating new clients, offering resources, and establishing strong relationships with our in-field care professionals.

This position involves close collaboration with the Owners, Recruitment and Retention Director, Community Care Liaison, and In-Field Lead Care Professional. We thrive in a cooperative team atmosphere, supporting one another at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and efficient assistance with all inquiries from clients and caregivers.
  • Manage the staffing schedule for caregivers using our WellSky staffing system.
  • Develop rapport and maintain relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the office.
  • Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients, and potential clients.
  • Ensure caregiver compliance.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the owners.
  • Maintain accurate database and file information for both caregivers and clients.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to meet client staffing requirements.
  • Provide daily updates to the leadership team.
  • Participate in on-call duties as part of a shared rotation (weekend on-call bonus available).
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in scheduling or staffing is essential, preferably in in-home care or home health.
  • Background as a Case Manager or Social Worker is preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling and tracking authorizations for VA home care programs is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to learn quickly with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and a robust work ethic.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience, fostering strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Proficient in basic computer software; experience with ClearCare/WellSky is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Flexible, reliable, and a true team player.
  • Understanding of the Continuum of Care.

Job Type:

Full-Time Salaried
Salary range: $50,000 - $53,000 per year based on experience. Potential to earn over $55K with the Staffing Bonus Program.
