Critical Care Pharmacist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our Critical Care team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to critically ill patients within the ICU.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Rounding: Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement optimal medication therapy plans for critically ill patients.
- Order Verification and Medication Management: Review and verify medication orders in the ICU, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with established protocols.
- Education and Training: Serve as a resource and mentor for pharmacy staff, residents, and students, providing education on critical care pharmacotherapy.
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, 2-4 years of experience, RX - Pharmacist license, Board Cert Pharmacotherapy Specialist certification.
- Preferred: Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), BLS - Basic Life Support certification.
$52,610 - $83,280 per year, depending on experience.
