Guest Experience AssociateAs a Guest Experience Associate at KIDS EMPIRE, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns they may have during their visit. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly greeting guests, making them feel comfortable, and addressing their needs with a positive attitude.
- Manage the check-in process efficiently, ensuring guests complete necessary paperwork and provide accurate information.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change to guests. Maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by regularly sanitizing restrooms, tables, chairs, and playground structures. Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.
- Assist with family events and activities, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
This role requires standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout your shift. You must be comfortable working in a noisy environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Good hand dexterity and the ability to work in tight spaces are also essential.
