**Job Description:**

As a Fleet Mechanic III at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles in Tempe, AZ. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and diagnose issues with vehicle engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with senior mechanics to develop and implement training programs
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
