We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Child and Career Development Center. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality nursing care to students with special needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and tube feedings as prescribed by a doctor
- Document prescription medication administration in our electronic medical system
- Implement seizure precautions and treatments, and provide tracheostomy care as needed
- Support students with toileting routines and provide first aid and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
- Implement nursing care plans as prescribed by a doctor
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or LPN program completion
- Current registered nurse licensure or LPN licensure
- Experience working with special needs children (preferred)
- Current police, child abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances
Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day, 185 days per year
SalarySupport Hay Band 11: $28.75 - $31.39 per hour

Our programs include Autistic Support, Learning Support, Multiple Disabilities Support, Emotional Support, Life Skills Support, and the Discover Program.
