Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at The Arnold Group. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients, resolving PC-related problems, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Install and configure new hardware and software
  • Monitor and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Document and track technical support requests and resolutions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and MS Office
  • Experience with DameWare and Helpdesk ticketing software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
