Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at The Arnold Group. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our clients, resolving PC-related problems, and ensuring seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Monitor and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Document and track technical support requests and resolutions
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and MS Office
- Experience with DameWare and Helpdesk ticketing software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Contract opportunity with a reputable staffing firm
- Competitive hourly rate of $18-$19
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am-4:30pm
