Medical Director at Willamette Veterinary Hospital

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Willamette Veterinary Hospital in Corvallis, Oregon.
Position OverviewThe Medical Director will be responsible for ensuring clinic revenue targets are achieved and minimum standards of care are developed and complied with at the hospital level. This role will also provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to associate veterinarians to ensure safe, consistent, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care and outstanding client service.
About Our ClinicWillamette Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, AAHA accredited, small animal general practice and 24/7 emergency hospital. Our state-of-the-art hospital is fully equipped with an in-house lab, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, Snyder oxygen cage, blood products, therapy laser, and CO2 laser. We use Cornerstone for our electronic medical records.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinic revenue targets and minimum standards of care
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentoring to associate veterinarians
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop a hospital annual operating plan
- Ensure safe, consistent, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care and outstanding client service
- Oregon Veterinary License – active and in good standing
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, DVMs, and teammates to build a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- 3+ years' DVM experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience desired but not required
- Sign on bonus of up to $50,000
