Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team at IntelliPro Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing logistics for transporting products to customers and distributors, communicating with third-party logistics providers, and ensuring efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and distributors.
  • Prepare and process shipping orders using SAP and third-party logistics portals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and tracing.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Perform physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Enter data into various software systems, including ERP and CRM systems.
  • Manage shipping reports and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift (if required).
